Heather Tindell

CEO and Founder

Heather Tindell, the founder of Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center DFW and Hollywood Med Spa, stands out as a prominent leader and innovator in the medical spa and hormone therapy sector. Her impressive journey, marked by over a decade of executive experience and record-breaking sales, began at the distinguished Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center (BHRC) in Los Angeles. After licensing the BHRC name, she launched BHRC Dallas in 2012, establishing it as the premier center for hormone replacement therapy and medical spa services in Texas.

Heather's influence extends well beyond her initial successes. She expanded her reach by opening five additional locations in Dallas and two Hollywood Med Spas in Scottsdale/Paradise Valley, Arizona. These ventures collectively generated over $80 million in sales, achieving annual growth rates between 25% and 45% and a profit margin five times the industry average. Her strategic vision and unwavering commitment to excellence have solidified her national reputation as a trailblazer in the aesthetics field.

Before founding BHRC Dallas, Heather had an illustrious career in Los Angeles, hosting Adrenaline TV on FOX and ESPN, serving as a correspondent with the Phoenix Suns, and being a regular on Baywatch. Her journey into aesthetics began with Dr. Garth Fisher, famed for ABC's Extreme Makeover, where she worked closely with Hollywood's elite and royalty. Later, at Dr. Gary Motykie's practice, known for "Dr. 90210," Heather achieved a 75% increase in sales in just four months.

Heather's passion for the aesthetics industry led her back after a successful stint in product development as Vice President of Marketing and Sales for a global medical and fitness company. At BHRC, she spearheaded a 2,000% surge in sales, transforming the center into Southern California's leading aesthetic clinic within a year.

This remarkable achievement motivated Heather to launch her own practice in Dallas.



Heather's exceptional leadership has been recognized widely. She has graced the cover of Living Magazine and earned numerous accolades, including top spots on "Best Of" lists and awards like #1 Medical Spa West, #1 Medical Spa Middle America, and #1 Hormone Therapy Center in America at Aesthetic Everything's Crystal Diamond Awards.

In 2023, Heather strategically divested her ownership shares in BHRC Dallas to focus on the Phoenix Collaborative, a consulting firm specializing in launching, acquiring, and scaling companies in the dynamic medical spa industry. Her dedication to the field continues with the founding of the American Academy of Aesthetics (AAOA), where she trains the next generation of leaders in aesthetics. Heather's vision for AAOA emphasizes nurturing talent, fostering innovation, and setting new standards of excellence. Through unparalleled education, hands-on experience, and mentorship, she aims to empower upcoming professionals to lead the future of aesthetics.

Melissa

CEO/Co-Founder

Melissa began her career specializing in permanent makeup before expanding into advanced medical aesthetics. Her passion for continued education has taken her around the world as an international instructor for Biotouch International, where she provided paramedical education to students and professionals alike. She has also worked alongside board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Bryan Sonntag, gaining extensive clinical experience and refining the advanced techniques she now teaches.

Known for her commitment to safety, precision, and exceptional patient outcomes, Melissa believes that outstanding aesthetic providers are built through a strong foundation of education, mentorship, and confidence. She is passionate about preparing students for long-term success by sharing practical knowledge, industry best practices, and the skills needed to thrive in today’s rapidly evolving aesthetics field.
